Mangalam Residency is a Zila Panchayat approved township. The approval reference is shared with prospective buyers during the site visit and is available for inspection on request.
Plots on the sanctioned layout range from 1,008 sq ft to 2,986 sq ft, across the A, B and C series plus corner plots. A full plot schedule is published on the Master Plan page.
The entrance gate and the internal road network are under construction. Landscaped parks, street lighting, the water supply network, drainage, electricity infrastructure, the children’s play area and tree plantation are planned. Every amenity on this website is labelled with its current stage.
At Amethi-Mahurakala on Sultanpur Road, near Gosaiganj, in Lucknow district, Uttar Pradesh. The parcel has a canal along one edge and frontage on the Sultanpur Road corridor.
